NDDC Director Not Arrested The attention of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has been drawn to a story published by the Vanguard, The Nation, Punch, Premium Times and few other news journals, alleging that the Director, Finance and Accounts of the Commission, Mr. Eno Ubi Otu, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, “in relation to a case of alleged diversion of over N25 billion tax remittances.”

The hackers, who are obviously desperate to discredit the reputation of Dr. Akwa, particularly in his duties at the Commission, are circulating messages purporting same to originate from him.
